The process of creating a Frisbie Staff begins months in advance of the actual construction when the finest wood is selected and then dried to the proper moisture content to insure a strong and stable base for a Custom Blowgun. 

The dry stable wood is then prepared to accept the Aircraft Aluminum core.  Once the aluminum core and the wood have been prepared, they are joined by a process that chemically bonds the two together into a highly-stable fused whole that can never be separated.

The Frisbie Staff is then hand finished.  The end that accepts the dart and where you place your lips is formed into a very comfortable contour that allows for an extremely complete seal so all the the energy of the breath is transmitted directly to the dart.  The exit end of The Frisbie Staff is formed to protect the end of the aluminum tube thus preventing an accidental drop or contact with the ground from permanently rendering your Custom Blowgun useless.  It is also designed to be a formidable weapon with intense striking power when used for self defense.  At the same time is aerodynamically engineered to maximize the speed of the dart.

The exterior of The Frisbie Staff is unique as well.  The rounded off square ends taper to a completely smooth round center that gives you the greatest control when The Frisbie Staff is used as a Fighting Staff.

What all these design elements mean to you is that The Frisbie Staff is a perfect blend of Blowgun and Fighting Staff.  With your eyes closed your hands can tell instantly which end is mouthpiece to allow you to quickly transition from Fighting Staff to Blowgun.
